Student & Parent/Guardian Handbook

The school board has updated the process for families to receive annual consent documents to be reviewed by parents and guardians. Specifically, the Student Annual Consent and Notification Form and the Secondary Student Handbook are to be reviewed and require parent/guardian signatures. Both forms are available below, as they include multiple links that require review.
Parent/guardians are asked to:
Review the information within the Annual Consent and Notification Form and the Secondary Student Handbook
Parent/guardians are to return signed GF068 forms, using one of the following methods:
- Electronically via email to St.JoanofArcInfo@dpcdsb.org.
- Print a copy of the GF068 forms, sign and return to the student’s homeroom teacher.
- Hardcopies of the GF068 form are available to students in the main office.
- For those students who request a hardcopy of the GF068, parent/guardians are asked to ensure they have reviewed the digital copy provided before signing.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please feel free to contact the school should you have any questions. Inquiries can be directed to the main office or by email to St.JoanofArcInfo@dpcdsb.org.
